Pick a converter page, upload the file that matches the source format, press convert, and download the result. Signed-in users also get tracked job history and lifecycle visibility in the dashboard.
What file formats are supported?
WonderConvert supports a broad set of image, document, audio, and video formats. The exact supported paths are listed on each converter category page and on individual conversion pages.
Is WonderConvert free to use?
Yes. The current product is free to use. Paid plans are being prepared around higher limits, longer retention, batch workflows, and future API access.
Is my data safe?
Uploads are handled securely. WonderConvert is built for quick conversion and download rather than long-term file storage.
Do I need to install any software?
No. WonderConvert works in the browser and is designed to stay lightweight.
Can I convert multiple files at once?
Not yet. The current experience is intentionally conservative. Batch conversion is planned for later Pro-oriented workflow releases.
Why did my conversion fail?
Typical reasons include corrupt inputs, unsupported format details, or processor-side failures. If a path keeps failing, contact us with the exact conversion route and approximate file size.
Do you store my files permanently?
No. WonderConvert is built for quick turnaround, not permanent file storage.
